After you confirm your first appointment, stand by for an email from Journey To Hope Counseling for instructions to establish your account on our Client Portal. Once your Client Portal account is created, we can send you the new client forms electronically to complete and digitally sign.

NOTE: You will not be able to create an account on the client portal unless you receive an email with a link and instructions.
